NerveHarmony Side Effects and Safety
Last updated: October 4, 2026
NerveHarmony is a herbal formula without stimulants. Its main safety points come from the fact that several of its herbs are calming, and from a rare liver caution linked to corydalis. Here is what to know.
What the label says
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

| Corydalis | Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea; rare liver irritation | Have liver disease or drink heavily |

Drowsiness and driving
Because three of the herbs are sedating, you may feel relaxed or sleepy. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol with it.
Medicines to discuss with a doctor or pharmacist
- Sedatives, sleep aids and anxiety medicines.
- Opioid pain medicines.
- Parkinson's medicines that act on dopamine.
- Diabetes medicines: monitor your blood sugar.
- Any important oral medicine: take it a few hours apart from NerveHarmony because of the marshmallow root.
Liver warning signs
Stop taking it and see a doctor promptly if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pale stools, persistent nausea or unusual tiredness.
Who should not use NerveHarmony
- Pregnant or nursing women
- Anyone under 18
- People with liver disease, unless a doctor agrees

Nerve symptoms that need a doctor
See a doctor soon for any new numbness, tingling, burning or weakness in the hands or feet. Common causes include diabetes, vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol and certain medicines, and early diagnosis can stop some of them getting worse.
Seek urgent care for sudden or rapidly spreading weakness, weakness on one side of the body, loss of bladder or bowel control, or trouble breathing or swallowing.
